Job Description:

The Administrative Coordinator for Security and External Affairs will provide administrative support to the Director of Security and External Affairs. The successful candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Security and External Affairs, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for official visits and events, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and statistics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and other relevant parties.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including security and external affairs.
