About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Lead to oversee the daily operations of our order fulfilment process. The role requires ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of inventory, order processing, and ready to dispatch, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a key team member, you will coordinate between several departments and cross functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage end-to-end fulfilment operations including picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
- Monitor daily order volumes and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate within operations and cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs based on strategies to improve and maximise customer experience.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Act as the first point of escalation for fulfilment-related issues and resolve them effectively.
- Drive initiatives to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations and fulfilment.
- Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
- Good communication and planning skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
