Position Overview:

We are hiring an Amazon Order Fulfillment Executive for our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Amazon orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely fulfillment. You will play a key role in processing, tracking, and resolving order-related issues to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor daily Amazon orders through Seller Central.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, or 3PLs for order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and update order status to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, returns, and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and account health standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, returns, or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Amazon Order Fulfillment (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and order management workflows.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping methods, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years
