IT Infrastructure Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Microsoft Cloud Partner as an IT Infrastructure Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our in-house IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and scalability.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) with added benefits of CCNA certification. You will be responsible for providing remote IT support to clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

You will carry out routine health checks and intrusion detection to safeguard our systems and data, train staff on various IT-related topics, and assist in the procurement of software and hardware. Additionally, you will be proactive and add value to the team by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to resolve complex technical issues and deliver innovative solutions. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, while possessing excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects. You will thrive in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
