Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing accounts of all sizes, representing the team externally with clients and internally working with direct reports and supporting positions.

The ideal candidate will develop a thorough understanding of the clients' market position, product/service offerings, points of difference, and competitive landscape.

A key aspect of this role is managing client input and feedback for all projects, providing detailed direction and timelines.

The Strategic Business Development Lead will establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels, fostering trust and driving success.

Effective day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships are crucial in maintaining current, new, and upcoming projects.

In addition to internal management, the role involves visiting clients, attending trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach the internal team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.
  • Proactive engagement with clients and the ever-changing market will provide access to new search opportunities and ensure regular engagement with viable clients.
