About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Evolvedash.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
  3. Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  5. Analyze industry trends and market positioning to inform business decisions.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  9. Pursue business opportunities through industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
