Fleet Telematics Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Fleet Telematics Sales Executive to join our team in the rapidly growing sector of fleet tracking and telematics. This field-focused role is ideal for someone with hands-on sales experience, strong industry networking, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales Focus: Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through physical outreach, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.
  • Client Acquisition: Utilize your network and market knowledge to generate qualified leads and onboard new customers.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic selling and lead conversion.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical and product teams to deliver customized telematics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity and market developments to spot new business opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of field sales experience in fleet tracking, telematics, IoT, or related industries.
  • Established connections in the local fleet management and telematics space with the ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and meeting targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
