About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in executive support and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Visibility: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Utilize LinkedIn to publish high-quality content, including posts, articles, and newsletters. Research trending topics and industry insights to inspire content and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Sales & Prospecting: Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email using pre-approved messaging templates. Identify and pursue potential leads and ideal target prospects. Maintain and update the CRM to track pipeline progress and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Operations & Administration: Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless execution. Coordinate meetings and events, and maintain a organized calendar. Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive team.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze weekly analytics for LinkedIn to inform future marketing strategies. Track email open and click rates to optimize content performance. Prepare a weekly dashboard summarizing key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactive Growth & Strategy: Identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion with other teams. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Suggest innovative ideas for visibility, lead generation, and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience in executive support and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient with Go High Level and comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Typeform or Jotform for surveys is a plus.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to propose and implement innovative ideas with confidence. Independence is crucial.
  • AI Expertise: Experience with AI tools that enhance productivity and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor in digital content.

A Typical Day

Start your day by prioritizing tasks and managing a detailed schedule. Work on marketing campaigns focused on elevating brand presence, particularly via LinkedIn. Regular tasks include organizing the content library for content reuse, coordinating lead generation efforts via Sales Navigator, and engaging in collaborative brainstorming sessions. Throughout the week, analyze and report on campaign metrics and user engagement trends through analytics tools integrated with GoHighLevel.
