About the Position

We are seeking an Evening Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to multitask and work under pressure, we want to hear from you

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts is also a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to businesses.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
