We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Operations Officer to support the daily execution of essential HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance processes including SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, and health insurance. A strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee data and documentation related to SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund etc.
  • Assist in managing employee health insurance enrollments, cancellations, and claims.
  • Support in the preparation of audit documents, reports, and reconciliations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain and update the organizational organogram to reflect current reporting lines and staffing structure.
  • Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Answer employee's queries about HR related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in HR operations, payroll, or employee benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SESSI, EOBI, PF, and health insurance policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and HRIS systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
