
HR Operations Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Operations Officer to support the daily execution of essential HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance processes including SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, and health insurance. A strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain employee data and documentation related to SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund etc.
- Assist in managing employee health insurance enrollments, cancellations, and claims.
- Support in the preparation of audit documents, reports, and reconciliations related to payroll and benefits.
- Maintain and update the organizational organogram to reflect current reporting lines and staffing structure.
- Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Answer employee's queries about HR related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in HR operations, payroll, or employee benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of SESSI, EOBI, PF, and health insurance policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and HRIS systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
