Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative for dynamic projects in the USA. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.
The successful candidate will be articulate, conversational, have good typing/keyboard skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-level support by responding to high volumes of calls and emails from customers.
  • Assisting customers with various questions, requests, and issues; effectively researching, documenting, tracking, and monitoring customer requests and issues for timely resolution.
  • Communicating technical concepts clearly, considering the varying levels of customer technical expertise.
  • Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using CRM tools.

Requirements:
  • PC running Windows 10 Pro or Home.
  • 8GB RAM with SSD, Core i3 or above.
  • USB Headset with noise-canceling microphone.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication (in person, writing, and phone) and listening skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution/escalation processes.
  • The ability to learn new software products and troubleshoot these products and services efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
