Job Title: Customer Support Experts
- We are seeking highly skilled professionals to provide exceptional customer support and service via phone, email, or chat.
- As a key point of contact for our customers, you will respond professionally to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing orders and applications, and escalating complex issues to designated departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product information, resolving complaints, and taking/canceling orders
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Following up on customer requests and escalating unresolved issues to designated departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Urdu speaking with excellent accent
- Knowledge of call center operations
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
