About this role:

We're looking for a skilled content creator to drive growth on LinkedIn by crafting high-performing, lead-generating content that establishes our brand as an authority in tech and digital innovation.

As a Content Creator, you'll work closely with our executive team, strategists, and designers to develop a content engine that gets noticed, gets engagement, and gets results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for personal and company brands.
  • Write compelling posts, carousels, storytelling pieces, and thought leadership content that grows followers organically and drives inbound leads.
  • Use hooks, CTAs, and trend-aware formats that convert impressions into conversations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and banners that boost post performance.
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, interviews) into snackable LinkedIn posts.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm changes, content trends, and industry news.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience growing personal or business LinkedIn accounts with 10K+ followers or 500%+ growth benchmarks.
  • A portfolio of high-engagement posts and lead-driving content on LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, tech, or service-based businesses.
  • Strong writing chops – crisp, persuasive, and personality-packed.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Hubspot, zoho CRM, zoho sales IQ.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Ability to turn viral posts into funnels or automated DMs.
  • Skill in scripting short-form videos or voiceovers for LinkedIn native video.
