Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

This role combines Google Ads expertise, SEO/ASO strategy, and data-driven marketing to drive user acquisition and digital visibility.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth across search, social, and app platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing, Google Ads, SEO/ASO and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms.

The successful candidate will execute full-funnel strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

They will also collaborate across teams for unified paid + organic digital performance.

  • Paid Media Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Manage budgets, track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV), and scale high-performing campaigns.
    • Implement A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Google Ads Management
    • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns with data-backed keyword and copy strategies.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Use GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager to track and report campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports.
  • SEO & ASO Optimization
    • Drive organic growth via on-page/off-page SEO, audits, link building, and content optimization.
    • Boost app visibility and rankings through effective ASO tactics for Google Play and App Store.
  • Tech & Automation
    • Leverage smart bidding, scripts, and pixel tracking.
    • Manage UTM parameters and conversion APIs for accurate attribution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is also required.

Strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential for this role.
