About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Manage procurement processes, including screening, prequalifying, and selecting vendors; preparing, finalizing, and circulating RFQs, quotations, and bids.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, review them on a quarterly basis, and negotiate contracts.
  • Office Operations: Supervise the admin team, ensure quality housekeeping, and maintain office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in supervising administrative teams and managing office operations.
