Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic HR Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives, administering compensation and benefit plans, and monitoring and troubleshooting technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including job descriptions, performance evaluations, and training programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues, identifying solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs, improving employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, along with 0-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Key qualifications include outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems, excellent communication and people skills, and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
