Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information exchange among team members.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using ERP systems for efficient HR management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
