Job Role: Strategic Talent Partner

Description:

This pivotal role plays a crucial part in optimizing talent management, employee engagement, and organizational growth across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote people management and maximize employee engagement to support business development by implementing strategic HR solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with respective business units and provide expert HR guidance when necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of the company culture, plans, and market trends relevant to the business unit under the HR scope.
  • Analyze key metrics and trends in partnership with the HR team to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies for the Business Unit.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations.
  • Provide ongoing performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Offer guidance/input and coordinate business unit workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR orientations for all new hires in the BU and provide expert HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with department management to develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Support international employees of the Business Unit/Department with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Determine training needs for business units and individual executive coaching requirements. Create or procure professional development curricula.
  • Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure effectiveness and follow up on training objectives.
  • Foster close collaboration with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
