Job Description

The SQA Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This role involves developing test procedures, testing software using internal tools, and working closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners to ensure products achieve desired levels of quality.

This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our software solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQA Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related area with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of professional testing experience as a software QA engineer creating test plans, setting up test environments, and performing regression testing, ideally in a commercial software setting using Agile methodologies.
  • Primarily strong experience in manual testing.
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and WinAppDriver for WinForms testing is a plus.
  • Well-versed in writing/executing SQL queries/procedures.
  • Ability to test efficiently within deadlines.
  • Strong test documentation, test management, test execution, and reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Development Lifecycles, Virtual Machines, and Microsoft environments.
