Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our team and drive innovation in the field of contact center solutions. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our contact center infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all backend IT infrastructure supporting our contact centers, including ACD, IVR, Diallers, CTI, call recording systems, CRM integrations, and workforce management tools.
  • Develop and integrate CRs in coordination with business teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Plan and execute platform expansions as per business requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and diversify services, contributing to the overall value and effectiveness of our Contact Center.
  • Execute DR drill plans and prepare Business Continuity Planning & Risk Assessment documentation in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

As an IT Manager, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • BS - Engineering, and CISCO IPCC Certifications.
  • Expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 12 & Above's.
  • Knowledge of Private Cloud and Public Cloud Platform readiness.
  • Experience with IVR & Zoom deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
