About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive operational excellence within designated departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain short- and long-term goals that align with organizational objectives.
  • Direct day-to-day administration and coordination of operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with management to develop operational infrastructure, systems and processes to support growth and improvement.
  • Maintain quality assessment and evaluation processes, analyzing data and communicating results to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring operations and initiating changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Additional requirements include strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

As a senior leader, you will also need to demonstrate expertise in operations management, with a focus on driving efficiency, quality and innovation.
