Seize a high-stakes sales and business development opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to drive sales growth and expand our telecommunications solutions in Malaysia, with potential for regional expansion in Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to unlock opportunities for telecommunications solutions.
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships and collaborate with reseller/partner management teams.
- Contribute to tender/RFQ/RFP processes, proposal creation, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to support sales initiatives and activities.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through solution delivery and pre/post-sales support.
- Promote products at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Hold a degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or related fields.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Display results-oriented behavior, self-motivation, willingness to learn, independence, and a good attitude.
- Working knowledge in telecom/voice technologies, solutions, and value-added services is an advantage.
- Able to influence and persuade with great flexibility.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are required.
