Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop existing seller accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
  • Generate new leads and drive business development initiatives to expand our customer base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing their queries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competition, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and secure profitable deals.
