We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at BPO360.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities using a consultative approach. They will identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

This role involves providing prompt, clear solutions to customer issues via phone calls, documenting all customer interactions in a CRM system. Excellent verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience with working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and a quick learning ability.
