Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
  • Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for each position.
  • Post job openings on prominent job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to reach a wider audience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants, including their resumes, cover letters, and contact information.
  • Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to employee induction.
  • Develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Utilize advanced ATS tools and reporting dashboards to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
