Think Realty is expanding, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find top talent — especially those with a proven track record in call centre sales recruitment.

You'll play a key role in identifying and hiring sales-driven individuals for our Dubai real estate brokerage, helping us build a high-performance team of brokers.

  • Source, screen, and hire sales representatives with strong outbound calling experience
  • Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Build candidate pipelines and use creative sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with the Dubai HR & Management team to meet hiring targets
  • Proven experience hiring call centre sales or telesales professionals mandatory
  • Excellent communication and people assessment skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
