Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate commercial planning, channel planning, and regional technical teams.
- Manage the franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling concerned parties.
- Meet monthly KPI targets and strengthen the channel.
- 6-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, channel development, and retail management.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive results-oriented initiatives.
