Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team. As a leader in customer service, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of customer service representatives.

Your main goal will be to ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and meets performance targets. You will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
