English Language Assessor

This is a crucial role in our organization where you will be responsible for evaluating language proficiency and providing coaching to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating the English language skills of employees
  • Maintaining and managing auto-scored English language assessments
  • Conducting daily call quality monitoring of employees with feedback on spoken English
  • Coaching staff on vocabulary, pronunciation, and customer service training

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and spoken English skills, familiarity with UK English dialect, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in English Literature or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams
  • IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, language certificates, and British Council experience required
