Job Description:

We seek a seasoned IT service management professional to lead the implementation, assessment and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT service management systems.

About the Role:

This is a key position in our team, responsible for guiding clients in optimizing their IT operations, improving service quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses and process improvements.
  • Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures and service management processes.
  • Guide organizations in selecting and implementing ITSM tools.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on ITSM best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  2. ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification.
  3. 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles.
  4. In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000 and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
  5. Familiarity with other IT standards/frameworks such as COBIT and NIST.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
