Senior Technical Program Manager Job Description

The role of Senior Technical Program Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving operational excellence and efficient project management. This individual will act as the backbone of web marketing operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment and streamlining digital requirements across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Delivery: Be responsible for the technical delivery of website campaigns, including site redesigns, new feature implementations, landing pages, and content publishing updates.
  • Project Management: Project manage multiple initiatives for the Digital Marketing team, from project inception to completion, ensuring cross-functional involvement and accountability.
  • Web Publishing: Act as the point contact for publishing new web pages, ensuring adequate QA is conducted to a high standard and risks are mitigated while keeping deliverables on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Engineering, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and technical alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, website management, strategic program management, or similar related roles.
  • Strong expertise in project management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Experience in marketing technology tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems. Experience with WordPress publishing tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively remove blockers and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and technical teams.
