**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical projects for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating technical projects from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Design tailored project strategies based on client infrastructure and requirements.
  • Manage project timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes, technical designs, and deliverables.
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in client-facing technical project roles, with at least 2 years in tool migration or systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of telephony (VoIP, SIP, ACDs) and networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, CRM, or WFM platforms is a plus.
  • Skilled in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
