The Senior Manager – Corporate Relationship & Business Development role involves overseeing business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors.
This role requires developing a comprehensive licensing strategy for ACE's global operations, managing licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive licensing strategy
- Managing licensing applications and renewals
Expansion of Pay-out Corridors:
- Identifying opportunities to expand ACE's pay-out network in key markets and high-demand regions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish new corridors, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure smooth integration.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analysing competitor strategies to drive business differentiation and strategic decision-making.
Strategic Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with ACE's business objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, including banks, financial institutions, and money service businesses (MSBs).
- Acting as the primary point of contact for business partners, handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Departmental Leadership & People Management:
- Overseeing departmental operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Developing and implementing SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for the department.
