In this role, you will oversee business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors.

As the primary representative of ACE for business partners, you will ensure strategic alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the onboarding process for new business partners
  2. Negotiating agreements with new business partners

Expansion of Pay-out Corridors:

  1. Identifying opportunities to expand ACE's pay-out network in key markets and high-demand regions.
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish new corridors, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure smooth integration.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Developing a comprehensive licensing strategy for ACE's global operations.
  2. Managing licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  1. Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
  2. Analysing competitor strategies to drive business differentiation and strategic decision-making.

Strategic Business Development & Relationship Management:

  1. Developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with ACE's business objectives.
  2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, including banks, financial institutions, and money service businesses (MSBs).
  3. Acting as the primary point of contact for business partners, handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Collaborating with sales, compliance, finance, product, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives.

Departmental Leadership & People Management:

  1. Overseeing departmental operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
  2. Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  3. Developing and implementing SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for the department.
