Job Title

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for visitors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and direct individuals entering the organization, providing assistance as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from the public and customers via phone, maintaining accurate records of customer movements.
  • Document all walk-in customers and gather feedback from sales staff regarding customer interactions.
  • Manage incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
  • Coordinate telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed, recording daily calls and preparing a monthly call log.
  • Process mail and deliveries, documenting daily mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.
  • At least one year of experience, preferably two years, with basic computer skills and exchange handling abilities.
