Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional interaction and problem-solving skills to maintain customer service quality.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage high call volume, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills in English are essential along with customer support experience.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • US-based customer service experience is required.
  • Flexibility in assigned scheduled shift hours is necessary.
