Strategic Marketing Manager

Our company seeks a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and execution of all sales programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing modern trade, wholesale, and foodservice levels, ensuring sound financial management and appropriate program execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales, with a strong track record of delivering results. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in computer applications.

As a key member of our team, the Strategic Marketing Manager will analyze business needs on an ongoing basis and recommend strategic/tactical changes as necessary. They will work closely with advertising agencies and outside consultants to achieve copy, media, and strategic goals. Additionally, they will maintain continuous contact with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Manage sales programs across various channels, including modern trade, wholesale, and foodservice.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and contingencies to meet volume, share, spending, and profit objectives.
  • Assist in preparing strategic plans and contingencies for management review and approval.
  • Develop and execute consumer and trade promotion programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure sound program execution and appropriate financial management.
