Customer Experience Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to deliver outstanding customer experiences through their technical expertise, creativity, and passion for customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customers via various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order management.

Duties and Deliverables:

  1. Respond professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, or resolving complaints.
  2. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
  3. Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, striving for First Contact Resolution (FCR) and maintaining a positive reputation.
  4. Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
  5. Enhance our reputation by embracing ownership of new challenges, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Intermediate or higher educational qualification
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
