About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to deliver outstanding customer experiences through their technical expertise, creativity, and passion for customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers via various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order management.
Duties and Deliverables:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, or resolving complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, striving for First Contact Resolution (FCR) and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Enhance our reputation by embracing ownership of new challenges, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Intermediate or higher educational qualification
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
