As a Radiology Receptionist, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced hospital environment. Our Department of Radiology is committed to delivering high-quality imaging services while ensuring a welcoming experience for patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients at the reception desk and addressing their needs
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming procedures for patients
  • Preparing reports on No-Show Appointments
  • Handling cash and credit/debit card payments from patients
  • Printing online radiology requests and calling patients for procedures
  • Receiving telephone calls and providing necessary information
  • Balancing cash with receipts at the end of the day
  • Providing coverage for colleagues in times of need
  • Training junior Receptionists during their orientation period

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain accounts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to deliver excellent service to customers
