Job Summary:
A Medical Director is sought to oversee daily operations at multiple locations and lead a cohesive radiology team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to foster a positive work environment, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and guide radiology staff appropriately, demonstrating strong management skills.
- Team Management: Foster a cohesive work environment among radiology team members, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Workload Management: Oversee and assign staff workload requirements for daily operations at multiple locations efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of safety measures in the Environment of Care and enforce adherence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications/Licenses: Current certifications or licenses relevant to the role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
