Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage projects from initiation to completion.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between internal stakeholders during planning and handover stages, as well as with external stakeholders including contractors and consultants. The role involves planning and organizing meetings to ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master scheduling and tracking of project activities using tools such as MS Project;
  • Development of User Required Specifications (URS) based on site stakeholder requirements;
  • Follow-up with stakeholders to meet timelines;
  • Monitor expenses to control budgets and incorporate energy conservation concepts where applicable;
  • Update management on project progress and anticipate delays, highlighting resource needs;
  • Maintain updated drawings and schedules;
  • Ensure implementation of Engineering and EHS&E standards;
  • Ensure compliance with business conduct code;
  • Utilize resources effectively;
  • Prepare URS and design schemes; monitor project execution across sites;
  • Align with user departments on project progress and conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering;
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience managing projects within organizations;
  • Knowledge of project management, planning, contracts, and scheduling tools like MS Project and Primavera P6;
  • Understanding of contracts, BOQs, and drawings;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
