
Enterprise Business Development Manager

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and customer-facing skills to drive business growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of presales and technical support professionals to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise solutions, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and manage a team of presales and technical support professionals to assist in the sales process by delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product development) to align technical resources and meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements, develop proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products/services.
- Ensure high-quality post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and customer training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presales, technical support, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, networking, software development, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and technical support systems.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
