Job Description

This position requires a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.

  • Expand business in new areas through new offerings and services.
  • Originate sales opportunities and take them through to successful closure.
  • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and provide status updates to clients.
  • Work closely with the commercial director to report on profit and loss (P&L) and management information systems (MIS).
  • Create and manage account-based marketing programs.
  • Collaborate across business units to align around messaging, event format, and goals.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships across lines of business to gain an understanding of business goals, concerns & priorities within key accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long-term customer influence & achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify new accounts and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
