Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing initiatives across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving campaign success, improving user experiences, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive business results
  • Lead lifecycle marketing efforts, including onboarding flows, email sequences, and in-app messaging
  • Drive content strategy across various channels, including email, social media, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing assets and UX copy
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and support lead generation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in a generalist or hybrid marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of digital channels, email automation, and in-product marketing
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Intercom, HubSpot, and Canva or Figma
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a startup, SaaS, tech, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with SEO basics, performance marketing, or CRM segmentation
  • Understanding of growth funnels, activation metrics, and retention levers
