Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds regional sales objectives by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, features, and benefits to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth by prioritizing and executing sales strategies effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region by fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a relevant field with minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in Cyber Intelligence and Analytics, Security & Network Architecture, etc., with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Marketing & Sales Planning: Marketing and sales planning, strategy, and ability to identify technical barriers to sale by staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future to make informed business decisions.
