Graduate Program: Customer Success Specialist

This one-year Graduate Take-Off Program is designed to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold.

You will gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while contributing to our company's overall goal.

The program will run for 20 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote.

At the end of the program, you could get the opportunity to work on a full-time basis with us.

About the Role:
  • As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients via chat support, emails, and virtual calls with high energy and active listening.
  • You will meet key performance indicators (KPIs) of response time, average handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) on all queries.
  • You will identify issues with customers, investigate queries, and report issues and/or potential improvements to our development team.
  • You will also have the opportunity to learn continuously about tech and platform updates, work with team members to test and improve performance using the platform, and become a subject matter expert (SME) on our product.
Pre-requisites:
  • Fluent German and English to communicate in writing and voice with customers around the world;
  • Experience with Customer Success or similar;
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company;
  • Outstanding communication skills and empathy;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to service multicultural customers;
  • Happy to work between Tuesday - Saturday EMEA Hours, 3am- 11am Eastern time;
  • Very resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
