Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex network infrastructure and server systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support for hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues, as well as monitoring and maintaining network performance, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based servers.
  • Perform regular system backups, patch management, and updates.
  • Management of Fortinet, Security surveillance and Access controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network and server support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT support with a focus on network and server troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
