
Support Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Communicate and liaise with various units across the organization to facilitate project operations and office management.
- Draft and translate documents, as well as proofread content in English.
- Utilize MS Office, SAP, and desktop publishing software to produce reports, graphs, and figures following standard formats.
- Manage schedules, monitor changes, and communicate updates to staff and external officials.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Monitor task budgets and performance metrics.
- Track project steps and provide assistance on project-related matters.
- Undertake analytical and writing assignments as needed.
- Maintain distribution lists, contact lists, and files (paper and electronic).
- Maintain confidentiality of the unit.
- Support missions and staff visits, including preparation, coordination, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with similar organizations and knowledge of their systems and procedures.
- Understanding of government systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Initiative, results-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Motivated, flexible, reliable, and capable of multitasking.
