Job Title: Cash Management Specialist


Overview:

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead the trade finance operations, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance in all treasury-related activities. This role involves handling letters of credit, guarantees, forex transactions, and insurance for imports and exports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for trade finance operations.
  • Manage project-related letters of credit and ensure compliance with approved formats.
  • Execute amendments to letters of credit and maintain zero discrepancies in documentation.
  • Review and process Letters of Guarantee (advance payment and performance guarantees).
  • Handle claims against Letters of Guarantee when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with foreign suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate with banks for exchange rates on import/export transactions.
  • Arrange insurance and tax exemption documentation for imports.
  • Prepare monthly reports on letters of credit exposure and bank-wise import business allocation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
  • Professional certification preferred (CA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA - Finance).

Experience:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with exposure to both operational and commercial finance.
