Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans to meet organizational goals. This includes creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and reports. The successful candidate will also monitor and administer ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.

The Project Manager will leverage effective team management skills to distribute resources efficiently. Additionally, they will maintain a robust change control process and configuration management system.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in project aspects and lead related teams with confidence. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in development and 5 years in project management is required.
  2. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, techniques, and emerging technologies is essential.
  3. The ability to handle multiple teams on multiple projects is crucial.
  4. Hands-on experience with PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OS Commerce, and WordPress is required.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other project management tools is necessary.
  6. Experience in creating project documents (Proposal, SRS, FS, UML) is preferred.
  7. Well-equipped with design patterns and principles is highly desirable.
  8. Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal, and team management skills are essential.
  9. Self-motivated to learn new technologies and train relevant team members is crucial.
  10. Good design aesthetics and web usability standards awareness is required.
